These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of dicemediagroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Dice Media Group, LLC (“Dice Media Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Site, and forms part of these Terms.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about Dice Media Group’s public relations, guerrilla marketing, and audio/talk-show production services, including our blog, portfolio, and a contact form for prospective clients.

The Site is not itself an offer to provide services. Engagements for our services are governed by a separate written agreement between Dice Media Group and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems;

3. Intellectual Property

If you submit information to us through our contact form or otherwise (a “Submission”), you represent that you have the right to share that information and that it is accurate. We may use Submissions to respond to you and for our internal business purposes. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the contact form unless we have agreed to a separate confidentiality arrangement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Dice Media Group regarding your use of the Site. They do not replace any separate written agreement for our services, which controls in any conflict.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them without restriction.
